Soho and Muslims

Tonight I joined a team that passes out tea and coffee in soho (the red light district of London) i was talking to one of the guys and told him I lived in east ham.. He then told me that it is filled with Muslims and people from Bangladesh .. I find that sooo God

Why is that sooooo God you might ask?

Well.. While I was in tanzania (a Muslim nation) and Bangladesh was when God was confirming for me to come to London..

Haha.

So am lifting and praising God in a Muslim area where they want to put a mosque 4x the size of St. Paul's cathedral .. Yep Jesus def needs to be in the area I rest my head every night.

So basically tonight we passed out tea and coffee to people in the area right in the middle of where sex and lust is rampant. It was a lighter approach to what I am used to, which is going into brothels to talk to girls but effective all the same. The relationships that they have built in the area because of their consistency in coming every Thursday is rad to see. Might come next Thursday even though my toes almost fell off from the cold. I might need to invest In warmer shoes.. Man it's like a freaking real winter!

Okay..going home now to Muslim territory claiming it in the name of Jesus.. My trek home not only takes an hour and a half but its a combination of walking and riding the tube and the bus... I'll get used to it one of these days! xx

you received without paying, give without pay

i find it funny.. and soooo God to know that i was sent by Him to come to London. i am reminded when Jesus sent the 12 disciples out saying.. "and proclaim as you go by saying.. the kingdom of heaven is at hand.. heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse the lepers, cast out demons.. you received without paying, give without pay" its a free gift and an incredible message.. an incredible privilege to be apart of the kingdom work God is doing in London..

i have already been given the opportunity to pray for a lady and cast out a demon that was tormenting her. i didn't grow up in a pentecostal church and thought it was a show.. in fact, i didn't believe demons could torment people but heard many stories about it and read about it in the bible. never experienced it first hand til i went to Africa where they are more aware of the spiritual realm and expected it there, but, to be quite honest, didn't expect to come across it 5 days after arriving in London.

On wednesday night, the local church here does an event for the homeless called the great feast. It encompasses food, a message, a lecture on hygiene and massages if they want. one of the ladies stuck out to me as she seemed like she wanted to talk and seemed a bit anxious. a few minutes later, the pastor asked me if i could come pray with him and a lady which happened to be the lady that i had seen earlier. as we sat down to talk with her, she began telling us about her demonic dreams.. there was nothing pretty about them and she explained in detail. she then started explaining about her experience with church and how people hated her at the church she was going to.. she got incredibly aggressive at the pastor and started pointing at him and accusing him like she was talking to the people she didn't get along with at the church and saying they hated her and the pastor needed to put them in their place. she had incredible hatred and aggression towards them.

she asked us if we would pray for her and continued to ask us to pray over her.. the pastor told her that if she continues to have anger towards the people at her church then she will continue to be tormented and we will pray for her if she wants to forgive them.. after an hour of telling her and explaining to her that it is her choice to forgive, she decided she wanted to forgive them.. She began praying and forgiving them and said their names, she then began to cry.. louder and louder until she was shouting and screaming and fell to the ground speaking in a demonic tone. luckily everyone had left, so there was only a few people left during the shrieking. we then began doing deliverance and telling the spirits that were tormenting her to come out.. it was incredible to see the spiritual happening in the physical right before my eyes and that the spirit of God inside of me has the authority and power to speak demonic spirits to come out of her and flee.. wow! the power of God is incredible. she came off the floor of the church and she was surprised at what had happened.. saying that felt horrible and now she felt so much better. the freedom of the Lord is incredible and God is so good.. i can testify of His goodness to bring freedom to myself as well as others. He fights for us! praise God.

we get to pray for people... and there is no cost and there is no other incredible power like the power of God.. you received without paying, give without pay.

bible distribution

distributing bibles today.. so good! in the cold.. but loved every minute. there were so many people that didn't want one, but the few that did brought a smile to my face as they got the free bible in their hands! i pray that they get revelation of God's love for them as they read the words of truth.

NoVeMBer

wow. the past 6 months have been a buzz and blur of God moving and working through me and those that i have been blessed to be surrounded by in Western Australia as well as my time in London during the Olympics. What an amazing experience to work on the streets and do ministry in both places!

Perth~ I was able to work alongside peeps who love Jesus and want to see His name glorified in the nations and that passion is contagious! it spreads like wild fire and we all catch it! My favorite times during the weeks in Perth was thursday night evangelism. The entire base would go in small groups into the city and talk to people on the streets about Jesus. Those conversations that i had with randoms gave me a fresh new perspective of people and that each and every individual is precious in His eyes. i loved hearing about their lives and their stories and how some people just need someone to talk to and love them! How simple!!! i would get revelation after thursday nights.. it would be like more shackles would fall off me of how i viewed people and the world and what would be shouting in its place was simple LOVE.

London~ I was in London for 4 weeks during the Olympics, an experience i won’t soon forget. Advocating against human trafficking and reaching out to prostitutes on the streets was extremely rewarding and beneficial. Soho (red light district of London) is crawling with seedy places, which brings seedy people and was the perfect place for us to do ministry. While i was there, there was no doubt in my mind that it was exactly where God wanted me to continue doing ministry and the city God wanted me to invest in through prayers and advocation.

What’s next~ as most of you know, i am planning to move to London in mid-Nov. So by the time you get this letter i hope to be in London or in preparation to go. I need your prayers… i need your prayers… i need your prayers! God wants to continue to wake up London from its slumber, and pump it with the living love of God! if you feel led to give as well, finances have always been a need..

i can’t wait for the day i can say i have my full financial support! until then, i am in need of $800 a month. if you would like to give, there is a paypal option above.

Isaiah 60.. you are an incredible blessing!
